Your mission
We are looking for a new team member for the Tech/Product Team at codary. Our goal is to teach as many young people as possible the programming skills they need to succeed in the 21st century. In weekly online video courses, codary's coaches teach kids between the ages of 7 and 16 relevant programming languages like Python in a fun and application-oriented way. The digital face-to-face courses are supported by codary's learning platform and learning app.
What will keep you challenged?
Supporting the Tech/Product team in developing concepts, features and defining the most important requirements to help build an engaging product.
Acting as an interface between tech and business and bring projects to life.
Discovering data insights about our users and their behaviour in the apps.
Conduct user and customer interviews to understand their motivation.
Brainstorming ideas to continuously optimise the product, most valued ideas will make it onto our roadmap.
Putting yourself in the position of the customer to develop an optimised user experience.

Your profile
What traits contribute to your success?
You have an entrepreneurial mindset, you know how to make things done.
Independent, eager to learn new things, have analytical skills.
Ideally practical working experience with digital product management (e.x. startup or pet project).
Fluency in English and German language skills are preferred.
Please note that we are looking for support in the Berlin office, eligibility to work within the EU is required as well.

About us
codary is the digital education provider for programming education for young people. In weekly video calls, student coaches teach small cohorts of kids between the ages of 7 and 16 relevant programming languages in a fun and application-oriented way, for example with the computer game Minecraft. In addition to the digital face-to-face lessons, an adaptive mobile app and a web-based learning platform accompany the children in their programming journey.
Our mission is to give every child in Europe the chance to learn programming.
